Sonic Mania (First Review!)

REVIEW:Sonic Mania
So, Sonic Mania was Developed by Christian Whitehead, PagodaWest Games, Headcannon and SEGA of America and was composed by Tee Lopes.

 Now, PagodaWest Games, Headcannon, Tee Lopes and Christian Whitehead were Fans of the Sonic The Hedgehog Franchise and was known very well in the Sonic Community.

Now they finally got there chance to work with SEGA with a team on Sonic Mania.

Now, onto the games engine and compared to what it was back then..

Christian Whitehead was known for his Retro Engine, which old consoles back then with low FPS couldn't handle a higher frame rate. With his Retro Engine it can be able to handle higher frame rates.

Including the Sonic Games back then had smooth FPS, because of Yuji Nakas ninja skills to do so, but almost in Sonic CD as which Christian Whitehead has remastered back in 2011.

Now, the Story of Sonic Mania..
Oh man isn't this the sign of me taking down rating number?

It's a possbility on how i think about that game so anyways let's begin as i should..

Now, in the manual it says Sonic and Tails relax after saving Angel Island.. Wait a second so this picks up after Sonic 3? Insteresting.. Lets Continue.. Untill suddenly Tails picks up a strong signal that is very far away. Despite Eggman/Robotnik got the signal too with the Hard Boiled Heavies or should i say? His, henchmen knowing a way to reach it first, before Sonic and Tails does, First including Knuckles tagging along to destory the Hard Boiled Heavies as Sonic, Tails and Knuckles, Try Find a Way to get there Before Eggman Does, Seems like a story right? Right.

-Now Let's Begin on The Game Starting-

So, what happens is that Sonic and Tails are on The Tornado going to find the Strong Signal, wait.. Where knuckles? Oh, right he lives on Angel Island and protecting the Master Emerald, it's too obvious that he might join later on Right?

Anyways, after Sonic and Tails arrive, The Hard Boiled Heavies got there before they did before
Sonic and Tails arrived,
After the Heavies grabbed the mysterious power source, somehow the time
stone slowed down time and teleport to other places
and most improtantly very strong? This has to be a joke,
​Sonic and Tails teleported right into Green Hill Zone as the Boiled Heavies ran off to The Other Zones.

​The Gameplay 

   After, Sonic and Tails Landed on Green Hill Zone,
I felt like i was a kid again putting in the Sega Cartridge and Playing it with a Smile on my face in a New Look in Each Level.
I, was really Amazed on the Gameplay it's self not to mention the Frame-Rate locked on 60FPS (Frames, Per Second),
​which made me have nostalgic time through it with Sonic, Tails and Knuckles

The only one problem that bummed me the Most was that there was not much New Levels but turned around and change my mind and turned out to a positive thought that Sonic Mania changed /remixed it, because of the game having the same stages feel newer.
​Including the Mini Bosses are the best part of the game and the Bosses itself with the Hard Boiled Heavies with a little challenge!

Including the one that really dissapointed me the was i worried no online competitive mode but i was still glad to play with some friends locally someday and maybe say to my self "Aha!, I won again!"

​Including the controls are super smooth and improved in stunning 60FPS!

Special Stages/Blue Spheres 

Yes, thats right i now will be giving my thoughts now From the Special Stages and The Bonus Stages!

The Special Stages, had a awesome style to it by having a Sega Saturn 3D style stage with a twist by chasing the Blue Sphere to go fast and Gain time by earning the Rings, which i enjoyed alot by going fast..
Like, Seriously.

The Bonus Stages were better than i expected as they have improved!,
As i took my time getting use to the comeback of collecting blue spheres and the rings for the Gold Coin,
 I never enjoyed Blue Spheres for along time due to it being fusturating for me which 
now doesn't anymore and has changed my mind by enjoying the Blue Spheres alot!

-The Music of Sonic Mania-

Now, the Music in Sonic Mania was Fantastic, which was made by a Sonic Fan named Tee Lopes.
Good Work, My Dude!

Tee Lopes and The Team deserve alot of support working hard and taking there time on the music and the game including the People at Sega and the ones who worked on the game aswell working on this game.

​Which shows how Sonic Mania can show Sonic's Spotlight again in a Nostalgic Way!
